Cancelling a reservation

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that extraordinary and unexpected things occur.  We will do everything we can to accommodate your situation.  However, to ensure we have adequate staffing for all of our visitors, cancellation notifications are requested.  They are the following:

 

Daycare:  24-hour notice required.  There will be a full day of daycare charge for any cancellations made after the 24-hour notice.                                                              

 

Overnight Boarding:  24-hour notice is required.  There will be a full day of overnight boarding charge (based upon the services requested) for any cancellations made after the 24-hour notice.   

 

Multi-Stay:  24-hour notice required.  There will be a full day of overnight boarding charge (based upon the services requested) for any cancellations made after the 24-hour notice.   

 

Holidays:  A 48-hour notice is required.  There will be 2-day minimum charge for any cancellations made after the 48-hour notice.

 

Training:  12-hour notice requested.
